Yes. Deleting the app will delete data from the phone. It will not delete the user’s account and any data stored in LibreView associated with their profile. The “delete account” feature for iOS will eliminate all the user’s data stored in our systems. Android users can delete their accounts via LibreView.com.
If so, and it’s still not connecting, I recommend reaching out to Freestyle support. In the menu, look for connected apps and make sure it’s connected to LibreLinkUp. There is no means to connect an app—one that you don’t control the app source code—with Health app or other such. You can request the connection be added by the app developers.
Member. Jan 9, 2020. #1. Apparently they don't manufacture the 10 day sensor anymore so I have to use the 14 day. When I had the 10 day sensor I could use the glimp app to calibrate the sensor based on blood tests. The first two 14 day sensors I've tried read LO (less then 40, I think) when my blood tests 103.
